I so appreciate salesperson Kimberly Colvin's professionalism, personal approach, and courtesy. Also, my thanks go to C.A.'s spontaneous creativity; saving the car a return to the dealership. With Brandon Brown I spoke briefly on a busy day for me. He courteously used the little time he had to acquaint me with additional options. The signing process was a bit rushed, and preceded my review of the car. I signed some forms, that in the rush, seemed unintelligible; probably they weren't. When I went back to review my copies of them, I noticed their absence. Not present was at least of a least one other statement that I expected. It might be in the glove compartment. In any case, I'll follow up on on Monday after the car and I become acquainted. Kim was awesome salesperson, finance guy Melvin was great, deal was easy. The only thing I was disappointed with was the dealer “required” protection clear coat 3M package. For $1,800 to tint the windo great, deal was easy. The only thing I was disappointed with was the dealer “required” protection clear coat 3M package. For $1,800 to tint the windows and do a “bra” clear coat job with door edges and handle grabs is an absolute ripoff. Great dealership don’t get me wrong! But to say you have to get a certain aftermarket package (you don’t really) and claim you want to protect the customers new 70k car and it has a visible line in the hood is ridiculous. Its cheaper to say no to that package and have someone else do it better and cheaper. More
