I live in Franklin, TN and purchased a vehicle listed on Autotrader from Price LeBlanc. The process was seamless and I purchased the vehicle without seeing it. I had purchased this way one time before and Autotrader from Price LeBlanc. The process was seamless and I purchased the vehicle without seeing it. I had purchased this way one time before and had some issues so I was a little leery to do it again. However, the people I worked with at Price LeBlanc were awesome! In particular, the Internet Sales Director Kim Colvin was amazing to work with in all respects. In working with her, all of my initial concerns based on my previous experience were alleviated such that I was comfortable in purchasing without seeing the vehicle. The vehicle arrived and was just as described and I love it. One glitch was with the shipping company, Montway, but that was not on Kim or Price LeBlanc. I was 100+% satisfied with Price LeBlanc but I recommend not using Montway. More

Went to dealer because several lights were on and it told me to visit dealer. Waited for about 1.5 hours then was told the internet was down so they could not recalibrate my RX350. Was told to call back on me to visit dealer. Waited for about 1.5 hours then was told the internet was down so they could not recalibrate my RX350. Was told to call back on Wednesday. I just cannot believe that I was allowed to drive the vehicle with all the warning signals on and the internet was down. Not expected whatsoever and was very disappointed!! More
