From the time I entered the front door, everyone was so friendly and I was escorted to the front desk where the woman there got me a sales representative. He was very nice to my wife and I, and he even hel friendly and I was escorted to the front desk where the woman there got me a sales representative. He helped me pick out a better accord then I had for even a cheaper price then what I was already paying. Everything worked out better than I expected and my monthly payments were lowered by $40.00 a month. This is a great dealership. More

After 30 years of buying my cars from individual owners or auctions I decided to try a dealership last week. Well, thanks to Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell and specifically, Kim Hadden, my experience did not involve those negative aspects. Kim was very informative and knowledgeable about Hondas without any pressure present. He was very patient as I asked numerous questions and drove 4 different models on test drives with him. I ended up buying a certified pre-owned Civic . The price was very competitive and the warranty was great. Carlos Robles in finance was also pleasant to deal with and very informative. I also noticed they place was in the middle of renovating and being painted. Despite this, the entire operation seemed to function as smooth as could be. The general manager Carlos Cueto had his act together by supervising the construction while ensuring the customers were not inconvenienced during the process. Nice job overall. Kim was curteous and seemed to be very understanding as to what I liked in a vehicle and what I could or could not afford. Well, I was right, I drove out with my new Honda and they even took care of turning in my Toyota Rav4. I am totally thrilled with my Honda and when I went back to Maintenance for my plates, Heather and crew were also curteous and made the experience very comfortable and time appropriate. KIM/sales & ED/finance along with front desk PAUL all stand up guys certainly those who anyone would want to do business with. Sentiment is I went to buy a car but extended family this sounds corny but it's from the heart. i've been to at least 3 prior dealerships & i'd send any one of them to learn from Paul Miller, truly the kind of desirable life experience under the circumstances of needing that which represents our greatest freedom, our personal transportation. i even wanted the tires on my trade-in (better condition than on the certified 2006 Honda had) swapped onto the purchased Honda, without hesitation granted with a smile. i'll be back but only to extend appreciation with a gift for each, along with word of mouth promotion with anyone possible beginning with family & friends in need of a new or used car purchase...Thanks Paul Miller Dealership U guys R great!
