We drove over and looked at some on your lot and by the time we returned home, I had received an email from Kim inviting me to call the next day to schedule a test drive. She was kind, courteous, and very helpful. She was also very accommodating. Everyone that I worked with on Monday was great. I certainly will recommend this dealership and Kim Hicks to anyone I know who is planning to purchase a vehicle. More

So glad I chose McLaughlin. I Googled Subaru Forester & was required to enter my email address to receive information. The next morning I had 3 emails, 1 from Iowa City, 1 from I Googled Subaru Forester & was required to enter my email address to receive information. The next morning I had 3 emails, 1 from Iowa City, 1 from Dubuque & 1 from Kim Hicks. Thru google I pretty much knew what I wanted. I did a test drive thru Kim & learned of the options available & decided what exactly I wanted. I went to Costco.com & was referred to a dealership in Urbandale, Iowa. They quoted me their lowest price thru Costco & it turned out to be $500 more than what I paid Kim for the exact same car. Need I say more? I'm dealing with some really terrific people right here in the QCA! I couldn't be happier! My late husband, Carl, would be very happy right now. Thanks Kim Hicks, you did GOOD! More
