We had left a disappointing appointment with a competitor down the street when we decided to stop by KF. It was late in the day and Nick was already with another client but he made us feel welcomed. Nick assisted in researching all possibilities to make the deal as close as possible to our budget. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the truck which was very helpful. The paperwork was all taken care of extremely fast. Finance and title departments are very professional. Had a small issue on the way home but it was quickly resolved by Sean and Jack. Kisselback and Kim are a GREAT combination. Today (07/20/19) I purchased my third vehicle from Kisselback Ford. My first purchase was in June 2016 and Kim was wonderful with finding the exact truck my husband wanted. Based on that experience we returnes in Oct 2017 to purchase a Ford Escape. Again Kim took the time to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Two day ago, we called Kim. And asked her if she could help upgrade my husband's F-150. We wanted a particular style of truck at a reasonable price. She called me back yesterday and said she found a truck with more upgrades and features that I wanted at a better price than we would have been able to afford. This is now the third time that she has been able to significantly increase the level of features and accessories in the vehicle at a better price than we were originally looking for. I guarantee my next vehicle will absolutely positively be purchased at Kisselback. Even though there are about 4 other Ford dealerships closer to me, it is worth the drive to St Cloud. Customer service is always responsive, friendly and efficient; however, after your first purchase with them you become family and are treated as such when you are there. For example, Mike, in the finance/closing paperwork area, is extremely thorough and organized. He covers everything in detail and takes the time to explain it all. There are never any surprises or misunderstandings. The actual paperwork process is very quick; however, our paperwork took quite a bit longer because we had such a good time talking and having a wonderful experience. In closing thank you Kim, Mike and Ray. We will see you in about 18 months for my Ford Edge........ More
