My experience with Reeves Honda began with email exchanges as I looked for a new Ridgeline. When I arrived at the dealership (115 miles from my home), the vehicle was available, as described, and th exchanges as I looked for a new Ridgeline. I have known Kim Kelly for 3 years. She assisted me before with a lease and now with a purchase. She is knowledgable, friendly, courteous, and patient in answering my questions. Kim Kelly was very nice and informative about the Honda CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I felt comfortable talking with her and did not feel pressured into anythin CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I contacted about 5 Honda dealers to see who had the best price which Norm Reeves Cerritos did but that isn't the only reason I purchased my CR-V there.
