These guys were textbook perfect for leasing my '13 CRV-EX. I did some homework comparing lease deals in the area, connected with Kim Kelly Lujan (by luck of the draw) and explained what I was looking CRV-EX. I did some homework comparing lease deals in the area, connected with Kim Kelly Lujan (by luck of the draw) and explained what I was looking for, what I was hoping to get, and she had numbers back to me same day. When I came in to close the deal and pick up the car (the next day), the numbers only got BETTER (though I am a repeat Honda leaser, and that made some of the difference, although I would not have been aware of the incentive had Kim not taken the initiative to give it to me). Which brings me to the larger point: in today's world of increasingly marginalized customer care, I was treated in a way that made me feel good to be a customer. From the point of first contact to the vehicle walk through (which Kim knocked out of the park as well, by the way - she explained everything there was to explain perfectly, and didn't treat me like an idiot), I could not have asked for a better experience. Even my trip through finance was thoroughly, dare I say, enjoyable - regrettably, I did not catch the name of the team member who walked me through the signing of the hundreds of papers, but he was awesome, too. I will be back, guaranteed. More
