Service 7/30/19 I want to commend the service department on my appointment. The attention that I received was excellent.. I have a situation at home that requires me I want to commend the service department on my appointment. The attention that I received was excellent.. I have a situation at home that requires me to be away the shortest time possibles. When I arrived and made the service attendant aware of my situation. I was in and out in 45 minutes with the works on our 2017 Escape. Washed and on the drive. Thank you for your attentive concern. I have been a customer of Blue Springs Ford sine 1994. I love coming here. I love the great service here! They always get me in and out and have a great customer lounge, with comfy chairs, WiFi, bottled water and a lovely cof I love the great service here! Recommendation Blue Springs Ford was very accommodating to our needs. It was unfortunate that another dealer was willing to work with us on trade in value versus thi Blue Springs Ford was very accommodating to our needs. It was unfortunate that another dealer was willing to work with us on trade in value versus this dealership but, we were able to sell to a third party to help speed up the process. If I would’ve liked that vehicle better, I would’ve purchased from another dealership/company because of that reason alone. Kevin was excellent to work with and helped walk us through numbers and the features of the car. It was pretty busy at the dealership so the paperwork process was by ourself and we didn’t have much communication with any of the salesmen at that point. But overall 4/5 because of Kevin. More
