It was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone at Tera Chevy GMC. I found them online because they were the only dealer in the country that had the exact truck I was looking for in inventory. I'm in St. Louis, and they made the entire process very easy and smooth. On the day I picked it up they had everything ready and had me out the door and on my way home in under an hour. I had financing in place with USAA, who they work with regularly so that went smoothly as well. They have a service that took care of the Missouri taxes, title, and registration and mailed be the plates (that took about 4 weeks, but the IL temp tag was valid for 90 days leaving plenty of cushion) saving me an annoying trip to the license office. I have purchased over 20 new cars in my life, and this was by far the easiest, smoothest, and most pleasant experience I've ever had. One of the most satisfying aspects was zero pressure from them to sell me an extended warranty or any other add-ons commonly pushed at most other dealers.
