It was about a 2 week process, and they made sure I was comfortable in a Chevrolet loaner vehicle while mine was out of service. I went from a 2013 to a 2016 model year and the pricing really is right. Second to none customer service. Complete honesty. I am proud to be part of the Walt Massey Automotive family!
