Sold product that was known to be defective Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeare Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeared to rub the inside wheel well. No problem I said that’s an easy fix. After I fixed that, it still rubbed. So I jacked it up and looked underneath. The oversized tires rubbed the sway arms. Not good!! Of course, even though the truck is still under warranty, I bought it “as is”...So service doesn’t matter. Not a good way to treat paying customers. More

I test drive a few but they weren’t what I was looking for. He found me a Hyundai Santa Fe that was at the Andalusia lot. He had the car brought to Lucedale for me. As soon as I saw it, I LOVED it!!!! On Monday, Mitch worked with me over the phone and text to get the details and the financing in place. When I got off work and to the dealership at 6:10pm, all I had I do was sign the papers and the Santa Fe was mine. Thank you for making the process so easy breezy.
