Hi, my name is Kim Rafferty and I have been working in the service field for 30 years. I have studied Diesel Mechanics as a vocational in high school and received journeyman certificate with 3000 hours completed, and have been working for car dealerships in the service field my entire career. Haasz Auto Family has been a great place to work and I have now been here since September 1st, 2014. I am so glad I decided work for Haasz Auto family and the Chrysler brand, also want you to know that I will make sure you have a great experience and get a fair deal with your repairs. Having already Master Certification through Chrysler, I have also been awarded multiple awards from Ford Motor Co. including Blue Oval Master certified.. When I am not working I enjoy spending time outdoors and performing martial arts. I have achieved a silver medal, a bronze medal for XMA and was awarded a 3rd degree black belt. And also support my Husband in his racing endeavors.

Good times at Haasz We have had our vehicles serviced at Haasz many times. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The estimates are always fairly clo We have had our vehicles serviced at Haasz many times. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The estimates are always fairly close to the final cost. I am offered explanations of what they did and why they did it. They are willing to do extras-come and get the vehicle and return it. It has always been an excellent experience. More

Stellar service! I took my Jeep Renegade into Haasz Automall for routine service work. Kim Rafferty was my service writer. She immediately made me feel at ease - because we all know how much of a process it is taking your car in for any type of service. Kim was fast, friendly, professional, and personable. SERVICE ABOVE and BEYOND I took our vehicle in for an oil change on 5-10-2017, at that time it was determined that the vehicle needed a exhaust manifold replaced. We were lea I took our vehicle in for an oil change on 5-10-2017, at that time it was determined that the vehicle needed a exhaust manifold replaced. We were leaving on a trip on May 17th for 5 days. I was talking to one of the service helpers, Bill Plumley, (sorry I don't know his exact title), and we realized that we are neighbors by a few blocks! I told him how hard it was for me to bring the truck out here for 5-6 hrs. My husband is a 32 yr Retired Marine Veteran that is legally blind and does not drive, so we only have one vehicle. Bill offered to come and pick up the truck on his way to work and have the work done and then drive it back home while we were out of state. He came the night before to meet my husband, he was VERY IMPRESSED with Bill's character as a MAN! When we returned home, the truck was safely "tucked" back inside the garage, with the service paper and a hand written note that Kim Rafferty and he had made sure the truck was "HAND WASHED" WOW, talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND Exceptional Service!!! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at HAASZ! More

Great Service I had my vehicle serviced today at Haasz Auto mall and the reason I go there is because Kim Rafferty has been my personal service advisor for over 20 I had my vehicle serviced today at Haasz Auto mall and the reason I go there is because Kim Rafferty has been my personal service advisor for over 20 years. So wherever she goes, I buy that brand. She is thorough in everything she does, and makes sure that I am completely satisfied before I leave. There have been times that the work didn't meet her standards, and she made it right immediately. She greets people with a big smile and makes you feel welcome. One of the best things is that she will let me know when certain things are due or could be beginning to show wear, but never pressures or upsells the service. More

Friendly Place I enjoy visiting Haasz Auto Mall because every interaction is so positive and friendly, They really make an effort to please and do quality work.
