Kim was excellent. I originally ordered a 2023 Maverick but the factory never built it and I was one of many whose order was made into a 2024 model. Throughout the long wait Kim kept me informed and updated on everything. She made sure I was given significant incentive pricing on my truck due to my longer than expected wait from the factor. I am extremely pleased with my buying experience and with my new Maverick as well. This was my 4th vehicle purchased from a dealership, and by far the most hassle free. Kim never tried to sell me on somthing I did not want, which is somthing I've encountered from other sales agents. I highly recommend Kim if you're looking for a vehicle. More
