Great service, very helpful explanations I came in because the service light was on in my RAV 4. Kimberli patiently explained to me that I only needed my tires rotated, not an oil change. I was in and out fairly quickly and she scheduled my next appointment when we checked out and she took the time to explain what services might be needed in the future. More
