Kimberly makes the service! I dont see the service being done but what I do see is Kimberly keeping me posted on what is going on! She takes maticulous notes about my concerns an I dont see the service being done but what I do see is Kimberly keeping me posted on what is going on! They go the extra mile. Was having a problem with my car. Kimberli is the best! Great service We had a serious issue with our highlander (of course over the weekend)and it had to be towed to WRT on Monday. Kimberli was right on top of it. She m We had a serious issue with our highlander (of course over the weekend)and it had to be towed to WRT on Monday. Kimberli was right on top of it. She made no promises as to when they could get to it, was open and honest with her assessment and said she would do the best she could. We understood that all shops are quite busy this time of year. She was very timely with the estimate and called to say the vehicle would be ready for pickup on Wednesday. The shop found another smaller issue that she also scheduled an appointment for. We love her, she is a fantastic representative of WRT. Also, kudo's to the technicians that worked on it. More

More than expected Came in to have winter tires installed and because I was close to my next service and am going on vacation Kimberly was able to have the service done Came in to have winter tires installed and because I was close to my next service and am going on vacation Kimberly was able to have the service done which saved me another trip down. 2009 Rav 4 Kim is awesome! When ever my Rav has had to have extensive service done, she will call me at work and talk to me on what needs to be performed befor Kim is awesome! When ever my Rav has had to have extensive service done, she will call me at work and talk to me on what needs to be performed before any more service work continues on my Rav. I had the extended warranty coverage on my Rav, and Kim and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that everything that was covered under this warranty was checked and if need be replaced before the warranty expired. Kim may have an extremely busy day, but she is always smiling when she greets you. Thank you Kim and Thank you Jeff Shepard. More

Customer service to the max. Any time I go to WRT it is like meeting with great friends you haven't seen for a while. We have been looking at similar vehicles , but always come back to Toyota due to impossible to beat service. More

Good work and communication! White River Toyota did a fine job scheduling our 2008 Prius for routine maintenance. They notified me by phone upon finding one of the filters suffere White River Toyota did a fine job scheduling our 2008 Prius for routine maintenance. They notified me by phone upon finding one of the filters suffered some squirrel damage and when the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. My wife was also notified by txt as to when the car would be ready to pick up. Courteous people as always at the desk. More
