I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

The person I dealt with the most was Kim Carr. She did my test drive and went over all the features of the CRV. Discussed her experience with Honda vehicles. I did text with Shelbie a few times, but my decision to buy the car was most related to Kim and her knowledge and kindness and also Jamin was great. James in finance was ok. I competed the credit application online and arrived at 6:15 and was told everything was ready. I waited an hour to start signing and then didn't leave until 8:15. I unfortunately felt pressured into buying tire insurance which I regretted after I left. Kim was stellar and made the overall experience great. More

My experience was very professional. Even though the vehicle we test drove was not exactly what we wanted, Kim went above and beyond to continue looking for us on the lot. Even though we did not buy that day, Kim is continuing to look for any vehicle trade-ins that may fit our needs. The sales manager came over and talked to us and was also very pleasant. He was not pushy. They do not try scare tactics to try and push you into a vehicle. You don’t absolutely love. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a new or used vehicle. And I am looking forward to the day when Kim calls with the perfect vehicle force. More
