I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

It was a great experience until I was given 2 different finance rates. I have excellent credit (your finance person’s words). Was told you had 2.9 rate. When I was completing paperwork they told me 5% and finance rates. I have excellent credit (your finance person’s words). Was told you had 2.9 rate. When I was completing paperwork they told me 5% and had financed it for a year longer than I requested. When I received my loan papers it was over 6%. I reached out to the sales person but never heard anything. To me that was not honest or above board. I will probably just pay it off. I will probably be sharing on my Facebook and I will tell everyone that I recommended to not go there (which makes me sad because Kim was great!). More
