Friendly personnel. Took too long. Personnel were great. I had a 0930 appointment for general 20,000 oil change. Took 2.5 hrs. Routine Service way more than Routine...It was exceptional! Brought my car in for routine service. I was automatically given the best discount possible. The dealership is a bit out of my normal travel area...bu Brought my car in for routine service. I was automatically given the best discount possible. Tiffany took care of getting my car back to get serviced and she was excellent. I like that I'm informed of what service as completed...and loved that my car was washed! More

Went in for an oil change and drove out with a new car! We brought in our 2015 Santa Fe for an oil change. While we were waiting, I decided to look at the new Santa Fe’s to see what new features or body st We brought in our 2015 Santa Fe for an oil change. While we were waiting, I decided to look at the new Santa Fe’s to see what new features or body style they had. Carl Gregg came over and offered to to show me one and explained all the important information. The first one didn’t meet our needs, but the second one was spot on! And as the say...the rest is history! Drove out in a 2019 Santa Fe! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. They worked with us to meet our auto and financial needs. We were not pressured, the decision was completely our. We bought out previous car at Jenkins and probably will buy our next Hyundai there as well! We’ve always received good service. More
