We first met with Jason for the test drive etc and were so surprised that there was no sales pressure at all but very informative and pleasant. Mike then researched and even went to other dealers closer to our home in Montgomery. He communicated with several dealers in close cities but in the end, Allen Turner had the best deal and was by far the most pleasant. He received follow up calls after our visit and test drive. Jason had told us he would be on vacation for a couple of weeks so we then were dealing with Basil. We went Saturday to seal the deal and were so impressed by several who came over to introduce themselves to us while we waited on the process, the sales manager, finance person, Charla and others. Charla was just as pleasant as we signed so many papers to purchase our vehicle. We were treated with respect, honesty and knew we were appreciated when we left with our new Elantra. We would definitely recommend Allen Turner Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle and will be a repeat customer when we need another one. I already have an Accent I purchased in Georgia 7 years ago after Mike and I both owning several Honda and Toyota vehicles which brought us great long time vehicle life but the price and the great deals brought us to Hyundai now. This was our 2nd Camaro in a row so we’ve had 5 years total driving a six speed stick shift. I had a doctors appointment in Pensacola so I went to Allen Turner afterwards and I was greeted by the lovely Robin Wolff, she was very nice and helpful. We were initially looking at the Kona SEL and there was one on the lot so she worked up a super deal but I was hesitant without Tana seeing the car and test driving it first, so I called her after she got home from work in Navarre and had her drive out to Allen Turner. While waiting I looked at the Santa Fe’s and the Tucson's and thinking to myself there is a lot more vehicle there than the Kona. Tana arrived a little after 5 pm so she first drove the Kona then the Tucson and she liked the Tucson better, more room and options so a little paper work later we went home with a new Tucson from Allen Turner. Robin was super the whole time, always offering us refreshments, very knowledgeable and she showed us how everything thing worked. She made this a very pleasant experience. We were also extremely pleased working with the entire Allen Turner staff as well as the deal we agreed on. We highly recommended Allen Turner for any automotive needs More

Great customer service from start to finish I came in to have my Sonata serviced and left with a new Santa Fe XL. I walked around the showroom looking at the new SUVs. When I was sent a message about appraising my car, I opted to check it out. Troy answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. We laughed alot and the experience was great. This is my 4th Hyundai and 2nd Santa Fe. I love the versatility of this vehicle from porting my kayaks, bikes, dragging a trailer, or just enjoying a day at the beach.
