Kim is a major asset for Subaru’s Service department. When I brought my car in I was scared I thought it was basically done for. Kim was very helpful and very understanding she sent me home with a loan When I brought my car in I was scared I thought it was basically done for. Kim was very helpful and very understanding she sent me home with a loaner car and told me she would be in touch in a few days as it was Thursday evening and Monday was a holiday. When Kim reached out to me she had everything figured out. Turns out I needed a new head gasket along with a bunch of other parts, which would total a lot of money!! But Kim had gone above and beyond for me and had already talked to the extended warranty Royal Moore has on their vehicles and was able to get them to cover most of the work with a couple super low deductibles!! I don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t done that for me! Thank you Kim and thank you Royal Moore Subaru!! More

Here’s what I’d say about John: he knows the cars. He is a good dude, and happy to work for you! Also. I’d tell you TJ worked extra for us to find us a better loan that fit in our budget!
