Rather than trying to put us in the car he thought we should buy, our salesperson Kimie took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We only dealt with him the whole transaction and he was honest, open, and patient, even taking my husband and I on separate test drives while we traded off watching our newborn twins. He was genuine and straightforward and we felt comfortable leaving knowing we got a great deal. It's on the other side of town for us but we won't even bother going to any other dealer! More

Just went to look.... Ended up buying. I went to Avondale Toyota to help my girlfriend buy her first car. She had never been to a dealer before and we just went so she could test drive a ve I went to Avondale Toyota to help my girlfriend buy her first car. She had never been to a dealer before and we just went so she could test drive a vehicle or two and determined what she liked. We saw the price of a vehicle on the Internet and came to Avondale to peek at it. Our sales associate Kimie Stewart met us at the door and broke down the car buying process for us as if he was not an employee. He laid out the process and gave us information about what not to look for. And once we test drove the car we were interested in and went in to talk, we were able to see every detail about the price of that car. He explained why she qualified for certain interest rates. When he showed us the computer screen and the price had gone up, we asked him about the fees, he explained that they were additional packages not required, and when we said we didn't want them, he deleted them. My girlfriend knew exactly what the price was going to be and got exactly what she wanted. Kimie was very kind and explained everything to us that we could have wanted to know. Very impressed by this dealer and fortunate to have gone there first. More

I was trying to get out of previous vehicle Kimie Stewart went that extra mile to find me the car that i really want. I bought a Blue Stream Scion TC. I was trying to get out of previous vehicle and Kimie gave me all of my options that would best work for me and my family. Avondale toyota did not have the color that I was looking for but Kimie made a few calls and found the TC I was looking for.Kimie found it at another dealership and got the car delivered. Hands Down this was the best car buying experience i have ever had.I felt no pressure of buying a car when talking to Kimie and after my purchase I knew if i had any problems with my car I knew that I can call Kimie and he would do everything in his power to make sure that I was taken care of.
