Kimie worked incredibly hard to ensure I was able to get financed at a price I could afford even though my credit is not the greatest. He was so dedicated to making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He explained the entire car buying process in detail with me as well as going over every inch of the car and the contracts with me as well as answering all of the 8,000 questions I had. Working with Kimie on my recent new car purchase was an experience I w First I want to state that I am a widow woman who has a passion for nice cars. Working with Kimie on my recent new car purchase was an experience I will never forget. After realizing I had been overcharged and taken advantage of by another local Toyota dealership, I knew I needed to try and reduce my losses and get my budget back under control. I started searching for answers and after reading the glowing compliments by others who had worked with Kimie, aka “Stew,” and the difference between a regular dealership and Avondale Toyota’s mission, I decided to give him a call. I am so glad that I did. From our first conversation, I felt like he understood my situation. He worked tirelessly with me exploring various options until we settled on my final purchase. It was so refreshing to work with only one person as opposed to a number of individuals behind closed doors who were working in their best interests instead of really providing honest customer service. Most of our preliminary work was done via phone and text messages. When I finally arrived at the dealership, I was again surprised to be able to review the whole transaction with Kimie on a computer screen where all of the charges and information was freely shared and explained. In addition to charging considerably less for the minimal warranties required, there were no bogus numbers, hidden fees or unnecessary charges. In fact, the fees were consistently about one-half what I had been charged by the previous dealership. So am I happy? I couldn’t be happier! I now have a new car, with all the bells and whistles I could imagine, at a very reasonable price with a much lower payment. For the first time in my life I feel I have a car salesman I can recommend; one I will always remember and be thankful for his assistance. I have never endorsed a car dealership or salesman in my life, but my experience was so positive it is my pleasure to recommend Kimie Stewart and Avondale Toyota to all of my friends and family.
