Horrible horrible experience getting a car from these guys!! Sales, financing and service each and every single department has been absolutely horrible. Please read through the whole review to see how i was screwed over by these guys in every possible way. Was my first time getting a car. Bought a wrangler 2017 from these guys 3 weeks ago. Went in with a pre approval offer from a credit union and I was told the dealership will match whatever offer I have. I willingly complied signed multiple docs only for the finance manager to come back and say we ran you credit and we cant get you less than 20% APR. I was like okay ill figure it out with my credit union. 2 mins later another finance manager comes in tells me u can finance with us your first payment will be due in 45 days and u can refinance through your credit union. They told me I can ask the credit union to pay the Santandar (financing company) directly. Willingly complied signed docs took the car the same day. Driving from Elgin to Chicago the car broke down mid way. My WHOLE dashboard lit up with lights and the engine stalled and the car wouldn't start. When i checked the engine bay i also found out that the car had NO COOLANT at all. Had to get it towed to their dealership immediately and contacted them the next day with what happened. They told me it was a blown gasket head and it'll be a day for them to replace meanwhile i could get a loaner from them. I agreed could have happened to anyone. Called them the next day I was told i should come get the loaner cause it might be a couple more days. I went in to get the loaner and I was told that the car will be ready the next day. Also asked them to cover tow charges which they agreed to after a lot of back and forth. To add to the list of problems the loaner that they gave me had no front plates and I was pulled over by the cops one week later over this issue. Now its been THREE weeks and there is no solid update on where's the car at and no timelines on when I will have the car. Coming to the financing part. Like I mentioned above the i was told the first payment would be due in 45 days. I got a mail the second week from the financing institution that my first payment is due in 30 days which is next week. As soon as I got the mail I hurriedly got my pre approval loan offer approved within 2 days and the credit union I got it from sent the check to the dealership because their name was on the bill of sale. When that happened I immediately contacted these guys and I was told that theyll forward that payment to Santander and that I should call in next week to check. Mind you this was after 4 calls requesting help from a finance manager. 3rd week I call Santander to check if the check was received they said no. I call the dealership and they are absolutely clueless about it. and tell me theyll hand the check over to Santander which really frustrated me cause thats what they said last week. Upon my frustration they further checked in to the details and told me they still had to cash the check since it was made out in the dealerships name and then forward to Santander. Now I have payments due next to Santander and my own credit union because they lied about the 45 days first payment part and then messed up the check handling situation too and I am also accruing daily interest at the 20% apr contract with santander. To top it all off I was told that they were communicating with my credit union to directly send the check to Santander when i called my credit union to ask they denied having any such conversation. I am super super disheartened by this whole process and everyday something new has come up that has just been added to the list of issues. I have spoken to 5 different managers at this dealership at this point all pointing fingers at others and disappearing after 2 days. They never even call back I have to check in every single day except their service manager who gives me vague updates every 2 days. More

Aamir was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole car-buying proc largely thanks to Aamir (Product Specialist) & Danny (Sales Manager).
