Great customer skills. However, the car had an open soft recall since May 1. I purchased it on the 6th with the recall. In addition, when I was shown the monthly payments of different installments period, I was told by Zane that he is including undercoating and Ceramic repel. The ceramic repel is standard and not optional per Honda Service Consultant Jay. Therefore, it was not necessary to make it look like Zane was giving us an awesome deal by adding the coating. I probably still would buy the car even if he didn't mention that he was adding the coating. It is standard like the back up camera. How would it sound if the dealership says, we are also adding a backup camera with your vehicle? I felt deceived. This is my 5th Honda vehicle. If you have a loyal customer you don't need to fake it.
