In addition to Kip, every other staff person we interacted with was friendly and positive! We ended up deciding to purchase a 2019 Subaru Forester same day because we loved the vehicle and felt completely comfortable with the staff! I would also like to give a shout out to Eva! The lobby was attractive, and has a central desk which helps customers figure out what to do when they enter. Some other dealerships leave you to figure out what to do on your own. There are good snacks and modern bathrooms. The parking lot was very small and crowded with vehicles trying to fit in the small area between street and building. Our salesperson had a good path for us on our test drive that included highway, streets, and curves. They benefit from the path being smoothly paved; driving on bumpy roads later gave me a different impression of the handling and ride of the vehicle. More
