He was able to send me info on a few vehicles I was interested in and set up an appointment for me to check out the vehicle I chose. He told me I would be dealing with a gentleman named Frank when I arrived and to my surprise, I was. I've been to many dealerships where you get handed off to who is available at that moment regardless of what you were told. Frank had the car ready for my wife and I to check out when we pulled up, put a plate on it and let us test drive it. When we got back we discussed my trade and what I was looking for and we were able to come to a fair deal very quickly. There was no pressure from anyone on the team. No pressure to buy, No pressure to sign, and No pressure to accept their terms. I honestly cant stand car shopping and I do it more than I care to admit but working with Frank , Kip , and their team helped alleviate the frustration I feel of the whole experience. However, I was allowed to take that amount and apply it to a newer vehicle. Every vehicle i wanted to test drive or look at, Bob was right there to help me with the task. I asked if they had what type of vehicles I was looking for and my price range, and they showed me exactly the right card to choose from. I was also offered an outstanding warranty. One that is usually offered only at new car dealerships. I would recommend midway to anyone who is looking for a newer model car, with low miles and excellent warranty options as well as friendly, courteous service to all their clients. If there as anything I wanted looked at or fixed on the car I bought, they were accomidating and eager to help, in every way possible. More

Salesman was friendly and spoke of how he used to own a dealership of his own. The sale went fine. The next day, I noticed a rip in the rubber seal around the door that had been tucked in. I brought it back to Midway, and the sales manager took it across the street. Not only did the repair not hold, when they used solvent to wipe away excess sealant, it turned my black hard plastic white. I emailed them pictures, no response until a couple days later when the salesman called to say it's a used vehicle and said my $20,000 truck isnt a $36,000 truck so these are the brakes. More
