Big shoutout especially to Sales Consultant Francisco Reyes Flores, who walked me through the whole process and even picked me up at the commuter train station on the day I traveled to Midway (an hour from my home) to pick up my car. Everyone I communicated with at Midway was polite and respectful -- it was not at all a stereotypical 'used-car-lot' experience. I love the car I bought, and received a followup message from the dealership to make sure I was satisfied. Altogether a very positive experience! More
