I had a great experience with Lexus of Sarasota at my first return service. Everybody was friendly, professional and timily. I loved the video sent by the tech while our GX 460 was up on the rack, giving first return service. Everybody was friendly, professional and timily. (NICE TOUCH) I appreciated Phill, our service advisor lining us up with a loner vehicle as they did not want to rush the process. In the past thirty days I took my 2022 RX350 to this service center twice driving more than 50 miles round trip each time. Following the second attempt to repair the issue, I was presented with my vehic service center twice driving more than 50 miles round trip each time. Following the second attempt to repair the issue, I was presented with my vehicle and told by various service staff that no additional repair was needed despite my claim that the service result for which I was charged $2,300.00 was not the same as the original option delivered to me on the vehicle. vehicle. Staff further stated the option I wanted repaired was never an option on my vehicle to justify my dismissal and continue to infuriate me by refuting the details I described regarding the performance of this option prior to both service visits. This calamity of events all started with my initial service representative not handling the matter satisfactorily. Although the service representative the second time was very empathetic there was no change to the repair which as I insisted was not to the standard of my original functionality I was challenged and dismissed by the technology director who insisted adimently I was wrong about the issue and insulted me as he and others listened to my complaint then stated the repair was aligned with the model year specifications and offered no further interest in making sure I was satisfied as a 20 year Loyal Lexus customer. More
