I have liked this dealership in the past. On Thursday I had a maintenance appointment scheduled for 11:40. It ends up I did not need an oil change so it ended up to be just got tire rotation On Thursday I had a maintenance appointment scheduled for 11:40. It ends up I did not need an oil change so it ended up to be just got tire rotation and car wash. I received a video of possibly needed an alignment. I waited for 30 minutes before going to my advisor, He said, “.Oh yea I was just coming to see you.” By this time it was past 1:30. I consented to the alignment. At 3:30 I asked again about my car. The advisor said he would check on it. A few minutes later he brought the car around. I suspect it had been sitting some where waiting to be brought to front, FOUR HOURS to rotate the tires and an alignment is excessive!!! I do have the maintenance agreement so I need to bring it back here if I want free service. They really need to do better with customer service. I am very disappointed! More
