I have leased three vehicles form this dealer since 2006 and have had them all serviced there since then. The service team has always been professional, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I recently leased a new Grand Cherokee replacing one coming off lease. Steve was my sales associate. He couldn't be a nicer guy to my wife and I. He patiently described all the packages and options that are available. He went thru all the pluses and minuses of everything and made it easy for us to decide. He found the car we wanted quickly and was flexible in scheduling our pick up. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car for us because that day worked for us. He said he was happy to do it and I believe him. Using this dealer for sales and service is a no brainer. It can't be easier! More

I had to contact the service department because my check engine was on again. Michelle was kind enough to look up old records for me on the computer to see if the parts I had replaced in the past were stil engine was on again. I began my relationship with this dealership 27 years ago when I bought my first jeep. Over the last many years I have purchased 5 jeeps from Paul Garavel and his dealership because they give me a great pric when I bought my first jeep. Over the last many years I have purchased 5 jeeps from Paul Garavel and his dealership because they give me a great price and excellent service. As a result, although they moved to another town 20 miles away, and even though there are at least 2 other jeep dealerships that are much closer, Pauls group is the only one to ever service the jeeps I have owned. I recognized the professionalism and thoughtfulness they give to their customers and I can depend on them to treat me and my cars well. When I arrived yesterday Christa greeted me and did the service write up. She called later to tell me what issues required attention and to ask permission before proceeding even though I give them carte blanche (trust). When returned Ramon greeted me by name, Michelle prepared the paperwork efficiently and couteously communicated what it included. Keith explained the work that was done and provided the additional paperwork. Kirk ran for my car as if I was the only customer. I am loyal to this group of professionals because they exceed my expectations (including those of the luxury dealership I purchased my family sedan from at twice the cost of a jeep). I currently have four cars in my garage and there will always be a jeep among them. I plan on buying my next new jeep from Paul next year. More
