Honestly my whole experience here at Honda World was amazing. We had worked closely with Semsa Rizvic when purchasing a car. She was truly amazing! She answered any questions that my dad had and that I had. She was very helpful all around especially since this was my first time purchasing a car! Brook Kepfer was amazing as well! She had helped both my dad and I with the questions that we had. She was also very patient and polite with my dad since English is his second language. Her and Semsa both were. She had made sure I knew everything about the car that I purchased. I would recommend everyone to go to her and Semsa if they have any questions about the car that they’re purchasing!! Thanks again you guys!! Kirk was also helpful for showing us his car for a moment so I can get a better look at what I was purchasing! Harry as well was helpful with explaining the financial part of the purchase. Made my dad and I’s trip ten times easier because usually at other places they don’t explain the financial part very well. Thank you Honda World! More

I had a great experience purchasing a new CR-V at Honda World! The sales rep (Lollie Reiss) was very patient answering all my questions. I’d never worked with a dealership where they have a person dedicated to setting up all the technology to my desired settings. Kirk started in the office and reviewed all the features and asked my preferences. When I took possession of the vehicle, Kirk had everything set up and ready to go. He then took the time to have me operate every feature so that I was very comfortable with everything when I left the dealership. Kirk has a way of explaining the all the advanced features so that a “boomer” like me could easily understand! It was refreshing to interact with folks who really understand outstanding customer service! More

One of the best car buying experiences ever! If you have been through a Chick-fil-A drive thru then you understand efficiency and good processes. I didn't orignally come to Honda to purchase a new vehicle. My experience began in the service center. I was fortunate to work with Josh (thankfully not the same Josh I had to work with in the past), who was responsive and patient. After learning my 2007 Honda CR-V required more repairs than expected, I decided it was time to purchase a new car. I never felt pressured to buy since I stepped foot in the sales area and they were aware I was contemplating another brand. Miguel in sales was knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend working with him! Kirk from delivery explained the technical/electronic features. He continues to be helpful and responsive to emails and calls answering questions that I forgot to ask. Ryan from finance never pushed me to buy unecessary insurance. He was straightforward, considered my driving habits and recommended one additional coverage (which I ended up getting from my car insurance). Overall my experience was great. A little over a week, I drove off the lot with my new 2020 CR-V and left my old suv on the lot. Honda even absorbed my invoice from the service center. Thank you. More
