Getting an equote I was browsing online for cars and search for a dealer near my home and came up with continental acura. Searched through the inventory and found 1 201 I was browsing online for cars and search for a dealer near my home and came up with continental acura. Searched through the inventory and found 1 2015 available. Filled the request for an online quote and the online rep responded immediately. The quote giving online was different from the price I was giving from the salesman. I was told the vehicle that I was quoted for was sold, well that was interesting considering the inventory online stated there was only one 2015 MDX and when the online representative called he told me it was only one 2015 MDX left so hurry. I feel like I was given some bad info and I will just take my business else where. Stick to your word. More

We found Kirk to be very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. In both purchases, I believe that we received a fair deal with absolutely no pressure. To date, the people that we've dealt with, from Sales to Service, and every individual in between, have been very pleasant to deal with. Continental Acura of Naperville was not the closest Dealership (we're from Mokena, IL), however, the total experience and the Dealership's reputation was worth the trip. I would highly recommend this Dealership and Kirk Roberts to family and friends. More

Friendly Service I bought a used Acura at Continental Acura and have had it in for normal maintenance in the 2 1/2 years I've had the car. The sales and service reps I bought a used Acura at Continental Acura and have had it in for normal maintenance in the 2 1/2 years I've had the car. The sales and service reps have been great to deal with. They are friendly and have taken as much time with me as I need to get all my questions answered. More

I thought that was common sense, until I met the sales manager and his team at continental acura, and wondered, "why are these people still employed?" I was in the market to purchase my third mdx and was debating a lease. I did my research but still had plenty of questions. None of which were answered in a "very knowledgable and hard working" way. I was told "I don't know" multiple times and was expected to be okay with that answer. No "let me check on that for you" or "I can find out though." It was disappointing to say the least. Especially, since I've been a customer to them before. It seemed as if they didn't want to bother with me because I wasn't going to stand for their predictable and repetitive car sales pitches. Harry Nesbitt, the sales manager, told me I knew more than most customers and it was obvious I did my research, and yet was completely disinterested in making a sale. The first time I was in, he gave me a rough number, which I was less than satisfied with. The second time, I returned and deducted $3000.00 worth of accessories and received the same figure. What a waste of time this place was. If you're in the market for a great car, do yourselves a favor and go the extra few miles to see Lonnie and John over at McGrath Acura....they'll take good care of you! More

They listened, were knowledgable, did not hard sell, treated us as if we were reasonably intelligent and had a good sense of humor. I dislike buying cars as witnessed by the ones we traded in were 16 a treated us as if we were reasonably intelligent and had a good sense of humor. I dislike buying cars as witnessed by the ones we traded in were 16 and 10 years old. However, this time it was a pretty good experience. The test drives, explanation of equipment and paperwork was simple and thorough. This was the 7th Acura we bought from them. As usual, good job. More
