I work with Chris to purchase a truck. He made my purchasing process quick and easy and painless . I called him two hours before I showed already had a price agreed apon. Do not buy from these crooks. I have never had so many things changed after I signed the paperwork. I feel sorry for the sales people who are trying to make a profit when the fina I have never had so many things changed after I signed the paperwork. I feel sorry for the sales people who are trying to make a profit when the finance people are the ones adding on things and changing prices. They are going to charge you an exuberant amount of money for things that are not disclosed. I never received my warranty paperwork and when I asked for them to refund me the money they would not return my phone calls. it wasn't until I had a general manager from another store called what shady deals they make.. They are on phase that I've never seen before in contracts. I finally got my warranties refunded by finding out who the company is.. They were quite surprised at how much I was overcharged. Juan Lopez is a liar and should not be allowed to finance anything. I've never heard of a $1500 fee for them to pay off my existing loan. More
