timely and courtious arrived at service center on time and was greeted respectfully. oil change and wheel alignment/rotation. have a question--bought care care package at arrived at service center on time and was greeted respectfully. oil change and wheel alignment/rotation. have a question--bought care care package at point of purchase which amounts to 10 oil changes and 5 tire rotations. the cost was $10X72 payments equaling $720. this is $72 for an oil change which seems to be very expensive to this writer. for my ford explorer i pay $28 for oil change including tire rotation. my question, what am i missing? secondly why did i pay $99.95 for an alignment when i had a coupon for 50% off in the car care booklet. More

Then it was Pete and Kirstie, what a great team! I know that I will always receive excellent customer service when I come in to the Service Department. The only problem I have is sales people bothering me, or the phone calls and mail trying to sell you on buying. When I am ready for a new car I will make that decision.
