RUN FROM THESE GUYS! !! This happened at the Cadillac dealership…….My salesman(using that term loosely) name was Felix. Has no idea what he’s doing. Blows your phone u !! This happened at the Cadillac dealership…….My salesman(using that term loosely) name was Felix. Has no idea what he’s doing. Blows your phone up, called 7 times in about a 15min time span!! Then set me up with an appt……. To come and buy the car, after I told him no!?!? I guess he thought he could pressure me into it?!?! He’s not too bright! I decided to come up and see the car on Saturday. I did not make an appt and Felix said he was with a customer. I waited for over an hour and got hungry and left. When I text him that I left he told me he FORGOT I was there!!!! Then Sales Manager Kodie Cadenhead got involved, this guy was a manager?!? How is beyond me, he doesn’t listen and then makes no sense when he talks, he acts like he’s doing you a favor selling you a car. He actually raised the price of the car by $2,000 and I guess expected me to forget?!?! This place is ridiculous, nothing but lies and deceit!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND go somewhere that will treat you with respect. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A SLEAZY CAR DEALERSHIP! More
