I have purchased many vehicles in the past. When I arrived, John met me as I was entering the dealership. John introduced himself and I told him what I was looking for and what I want in order When I arrived, John met me as I was entering the dealership. I told John I have limited time and I need the process expedited and explained to him my distaste for the average car sales xx of haggling, upselling let me see what my manager can do etc.....!!! John introduced me to Kody Clemmons, and I explained my needs and wants as well as my time to get in and out with a new vehicle. Kody asked which two choices I wanted and within 10 minutes John and Kody sat down with me as I chose option 1. John made it all happen and then some. I made my purchase within an hour and a half of arriving (This is extremely unlikely most deals you can spend a day in the dealership) this was after a test drive and closing documents with Troy. Troy Lassiter ( Business Mgr.) Troy is Amazing. I initially had an approval with my bank all they needed was to send the documents from dealer to bank. Troy had advised me that he had a better rate. I was like yeah OK... Troy then told me the interest rate he could get me was better than mine. Better?? IT WAS 2% less than my bank, would I be interested in that rate? That was easy, yes of course I said, I want your lower rate. Troy had paperwork signed and completed in less than 30 minutes. Troy offered me the add On's you can purchase extended warranty,GAP,Tire etc... I said not interested in all of them I only wanted 2 add On's. Troy never asked again or try to push it to me. I advised John I'll need to come back later to pick the vehicle up because I wasn't trading my current vehicle. John volunteered to drive the vehicle to my house and a short while later he arrived and delivered my new vehicle. John took the time to show me the operation of all the bells and whistles in my driveway. I was very pleased with the pricing no haggling just a great offer lower than I expected. I must admit this purchase was by far best I have experienced in all of my car buying deals. I would without a doubt recommend Panama City Toyota to everyone. Go and see John, Kody and Troy.!
