I was very anxious and honestly dreaded facing this process, but sales specialist REID WYNN was truly a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I can say the same for sales mgr. Kody Clemmons and finishing up with Nathan Lilavois in the finance dept. To their credit at Panama City Toyota, I left feeling thrilled with my purchase and of the entire experience. I know that I am a tough customer in this scenario knowing the 'process' well and I commend these 3 for doing their diligence in a very respectable and professional manner. Bought car had 5 oil leaks major ones and they could not figure it out. I contacted GM and he bought back the car. I am 73 and did not need this in my life. If there was a ZERO rating offered they would get it from me. My driveway is ruined with oil spot one is huge. No offer to come clean up their mess. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will spread the word!
