It has been difficult to get an oil change anywhere but at the dealership. The oil filters are out of stock at other oil change establishments. I found it annoying that I had to pay $24 more for an oil c at the dealership. The oil filters are out of stock at other oil change establishments. I found it annoying that I had to pay $24 more for an oil change at the dealership. I was quoted a $80 but paid $88. I normally pay $64 and only wait 15-20 minutes max but waited over an hour. I dont find that to be an "express" oil change. All in all, I waited longer, paid more for what? I will not be returning, I will just buy the oil filter and go somewhere else. Quite a racket Kia has going on there. Also, I inquired about a rattling I heard in the rear of the vehicle ( one I lease from Kia of Lansing) and was told that they dont look at that kind of thing and that I woukd have to make an appointment for someone to look at that. I responded that I was not looking to fix it right now, I was just concerned from a safety standpoint. The lady told me they would check. When the oil change was complete, I asked if they found anything, the lady said they didnt even look and I would need to make an appointment. She recommended a tire rotation next visit. I left after paying for the oil change and buying an extra oil filter ( I wont be coming back for the next oil change at Kia). The next day I went to get the tires rotated elsewhere. I am not sure what business model the service department follows but it sure does not seem to be customer friendly. As far as the rattling sound goes, I have sent a few requests for an appointment but have yet to get a reply. I am really starting to question why I do business with Kia of Lansing in any capacity I would give them no stars if it was possible More

As always the service department performed in the most professional and friendly manner. The car was repaired quicker than originally expected and provided us with unexpected savings.
