We were greeted at the door by Kody who actually opened the door for us. We were able to sit down and talk with him and before he started to tell me what he had he thought I would like, he asked questions the door for us. We were able to sit down and talk with him and before he started to tell me what he had he thought I would like, he asked questions to make sure that he would have any car available that would fit the parameters I wanted. Kody was extremely thorough and showed me a Kia K5, which I fell in love with immediately. Kody took a handful of hours to answer all questions we had and broke down payments and spoke with me about what it all meant. Horrible experience. No emails to schedule service were returned. When I called I was told they opened at 7, but when I arrived it was 8:30. It took 3 hours for an oil change!
