I didn't get the suv I thought I was quoted to get. Although I like the one I did get, it doesn't have the items I wanted either. Once again Kody was able to come through with exactly what we were looking for in our new Kia. He went above and beyond in coming in on his day off in order to better fit our busy schedule.
