When I took my car in for my 5000 mile check I also told them that my driver side front window squeaked my entertainment display went dead one time and the USB chargers failed to work three different times. them that my driver side front window squeaked my entertainment display went dead one time and the USB chargers failed to work three different times. After working on the car, I was told they fried my radio with a software update and it could possibly be seven months to get it replaced. After waiting for about two weeks because we were going on vacation, they still hadn’t come up with any better news for my radio system. So I was irritated at the fact that I had no music, no map. They asked me if I wanted to drop off the car so they could escalate something to be done and they would give me a loaner. They did give me a loaner and kept my car for 18 days after getting a radio in after 13 days. I have to drive 45 miles to the dealer every time I have to take it for maintenance. I received a text this morning stating they were installing the radio and working on the other items. When I arrived there after driving 45 miles I was told that they were having trouble with some download of some sort and to go ahead and keep my loaner and come back on Monday. I drove 45 miles back home and three minutes into getting home. I got a call from Wood Nissan. My car was ready. Needless to say, I was happy that it was ready but irritated that they didn’t think they were going to have it done today. So I drove another 45 miles there , Picked up my car and the stereo and map work, so far my USB’s are powering up, but my window is still squeaking horribly. The maintenance department does not have good communication with their customers. Unless I called them to find out the status on my car, I would’ve known nothing. When I arrived at the dealership, I walked right past my sales person, said hi and he did not have a clue who I was. I am just a $. This is the first brand new vehicle that I have had in 25 years. I have purchased used, but had my eyes on this monarch orange vehicle and they were able to make the deal that two other dealers could not. However, after thinking this through, I wish I had purchased the car from a more local dealer. More
