My experience with Napleton dealership is always Great Ed. Sanders has been my dealer for a long time this is my 3rd car and I love it. Roberto and Konrad are awesome as well they assisted with my Deal to Ed. Sanders has been my dealer for a long time this is my 3rd car and I love it. The district. manager of service, told me he ordered the parts to fix my car his name is Mark and another staff Heba. It's been over 3 weeks, no answer when I call manager of service, told me he ordered the parts to fix my car his name is Mark and another staff Heba. It's been over 3 weeks, no answer when I call them. Don't fall for the sub par work jobs, they know that there employees were scamming and using money for parts paid for going to Auto zone. Don't deal with con artists. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General to investigate this dealership. More
