First Mercedes-Toney J. I had a great experience at Crown Mercedes, after being Leary of Mercedes after a not so pleasant experience at Germain Mercedes. Koni, Ralph, and Ash I had a great experience at Crown Mercedes, after being Leary of Mercedes after a not so pleasant experience at Germain Mercedes. Koni, Ralph, and Ashli made the purchase extremely smooth. At the age of 21 they didn't not doubt my seriousness or ability to purchase. Ashli in finance was very encouraging through the finance portion and walked me through each step with ease. Koni even went out of his way to pick my up from the dealership I sold my old car to. Talk about customer service! I 100% recommend the team at Crown Mercedes. More
