He called, answered questions, gave me options to consider. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was able to check out & compare models easily. Once I was ready to proceed, I was introduced to Konstantin Chumak who helped further refine my search and expertly answered questions and facilitated the leasing process (I also appreciate his follow up calls post-sale to make sure everything was in order!). Ashli McConnell was quick & efficient with Financing....she also made sure I understood/acknowledged the key parts of the paperwork and explained options available to me.
