If you do not know this, dealer representatives do not like to speak or quote over the phone; they want you face to face in order to make the sale. Konstantin was helpful and educated me over the phone to understand my future purchase. I ended up not going with Crown Eurocars due to location; but I did end up with a new Mercedes. However, at 23 years of age, I didn't expect the exceptional service I received from my Sales Consultant, Konstantin. I had several questions, and he answered each with confidence and professionalism. He was well versed on the car I was interested in and shared more about Mercedes-Benz as a company. He worked hard to make sure that I was pleased with not only the vehicle but the details of the sale and his timely service. Konstantin went above my expectations, which is what sold me on my first car, a Mercedes Benz. I knew regardless of what I wanted, the difficult part would be getting past Mom and surprisingly he did, quite easily. She demands professionalism, honesty and confidence when selling a product. It isn't just the immediate attention when I walk in the door, the quick assistance when I have to call, the superb service offered by Dave Kohler or the always go the extra mile I receive from my salesperson Konstantin Chumak. You might think that's why I am loyal and to an extent it is. But really, in this day and age where most things are over before they begin, consistency is what keeps me coming back for more. I am not looking to be bowled over, wowed, delighted or impressed. All this is nice don't get me wrong. But really, I just want things to be effortless. And this is one thing Dublin Mercedes does well. In my humble opinion they have perfected this art. I want a new car. I want them to design me something stunning. I want a text or email when it's ready and I want to fly through payment etc. I do not want to follow up or become confused or be put off or played with or sold to. I know what I like and what I am willing to spend. I do not want endless options but instead partners who listen to my needs and desires and direct me to a few options that will satisfy me. Have I thought about downgrading in terms of financial output? Absolutely. But when i consider for a second that downgrade will cause me to change dealerships, well....like i said: gravity. something always brings me back to them. It doesn't hurt I love their cars. Especially my beautiful polar white exterior with customer red leather interior. Makes me melt. More
