If you do not know this, dealer representatives do not like to speak or quote over the phone; they want you face to face in order to make the sale. Konstantin was helpful and educated me over the phone to understand my future purchase. I ended up not going with Crown Eurocars due to location; but I did end up with a new Mercedes.
