I haven't purchased a new car since my 2006 Honda CRV so it was a big leap to change from Honda to Subaru. I did a lot of research but still had questions when I met came to Camelback Subaru. Kaden Nguyen set me up to meet with Todd Mitteness, who was patient and never applied any pressure, and helped me reserve my new Forester at a fair price which was delivered right on the date he promised; Kaden made the delivery process completely transparent and smooth, with lots of training on the new technology; and Tully Keane gave me great guidance on warranty and other options to finalize the deal. My adult son who came with me to pick up the car said "these are really nice guys!" I will recommend Camelback Subaru to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Thank you so very much!!! Lenny came in clutch and put me in my first Subaru! Not all dealerships are alike. I had such a positive experience with the team at Camelback Subaru and highly recommend this team to others. Lenny had a no-pressure approach and laid much of the groundwork for my deal, listening to "hope-to-haves" as well as my non-negotiables when it came to the features I was looking for. As I'm sure many shoppers do, I found myself contemplating between trims just out of my pre-determined price range and trims that didn't have all of the "bells and whistles" I had hoped for. I left the lot with the understanding that I would grab a lunch (pro tip: don't car shop on an empty stomach) and discuss the options with my partner. When I was gone, Lenny didn't stop working; he searched the off-site inventory, found THE car, and had it pulled up in front by the time I returned from lunch. Enter Gabe, who took the time to walk me through all of the technological features of the car and the Starlink app. Kory remained patient with me and worked to get my monthly payments to a more comfortable range. SOLD! I was happy to ring TF out of that gong. More
