It was such a enjoyable experience with their large used car selections and fantastic quick finance process. no pressure to buy extra packages........ The used cars are grouped and parked based on their models , in best shape, you don't feel checking used cars really. We also had checked Fletcher Jones Mercedes in New port beach but were disappointed by poor and unorganized used car there. I thought I would get a small Toyota Yaris as the body lines are incredible but then Kosta appeared and brought me to my senses by showing me a diesel! I then proceeded to see the light and the stars became clear and I ended up getting the Eclass diesel. So happy it was not a Toyota dealer... Few that was a close one! Thanks again More

The little Smart Fortwo I saw online was like new and was competitively priced with other used Smart cars yet comes with a Certified Limited Warranty from the dealership. All the people were a pleasure to deal with...from Kosta "The Russian" Spektor, to Gary his Sales Manager, to Jane Choi in Finance. My husband and I stopped by to ask something a few days after the purchase and they were just as nice and helpful as before. But Kosta did a REALLY good job of listening to what we were after and met our needs. Kosta does an exceptionally good job of listening to everything we said and the information we gave him. We left the lot to eat and he called and didn't mess around - he gave us a very clean offer that we felt more than comfortable with. We drove back to the Dealership and purchased the car. Kosta is very good at what he does and did a great job making us feel heard, respected, and it was the best experience we have had with purchasing a vehicle and we have bought from Audi, BMW, Ford, and Lexus in recent years. With so many dealerships and competition around, it takes a lot more to return to the same place twice.... In our case, it was a no brainer, as our purchasing experience with Kosta, buying the ML at the beginning of October, made it very easy for us to go back two weeks later for our second car! What can I say? - we knew what we wanted, we've done our research and our readings, we've compared cars, but at the end of the day you still rely on the Sales Person to know his stuff. Kosta's knowledge and resourcefulness that came from years of experience - made the difference! I loved the feedback we were getting on the latest-greatest. I also appreciated the no-pressure atmosphere, the win-win deal, the thorough process of closing with all options explained to us so there's no hidden anything... and at the end, all these details contributed to us returning to the same dealership and to the same Sales Person!
