Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel was by far the most exceptional. Let me tell you, Costa Spektor was a hoot. What a swell guy! Now, I normally do not go out of my way for internet reviews, but this Russian guy deserves some praise. He turned purchasing my Mercedes into a full pledged entertainment experience. Costa was hilarious! He's a knowledgeable sales man and a great dude. He also introduced me to his managers Gary, Tony, and Ramsey. I've never had a more pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle, from sales to management. This place will forever be highly recommended to those in the market for a new car. Excellent service!

I never thought purchasing a car could be a fun experience, but it was. My wife and I researched the car we wanted and went in to take a look. We were met by Costa. I am a no-nonsense type and I don't liked to be Hawked. I'll walk. He was professional, informative and had a great sense of humor (without schmooze or schtick). Most important, he treated my wife with courtesy and respect. Purchased the car, went through the financing with Ramsay. Incredibly efficient and a fluid process.
We enjoyed the experience so much that we came back a couple of days later and purchased another car. Financing this time was with Shawn and was the same experience as with Ramsay.
Everyone we encountered was courteous and low key. Costa is a real professional and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchased an automobile.

We have been researching cars for the past month and had continuously come back to MBLN. On 12/30/14, we had the wonderful experience of working with Costa Spektor, Sales Representative. From looking at all of the various models/years available, we found our 2013 E350 Sedan. The 5-Star treatment continued through the purchasing process with care given to our personal comfort, as well as our professional expectations. We were introduced and spoke with Tony, the Manager, and Ramsey in Finance. Throughout the entire experience, we were e3xceedingly pleased and reaffirmed in our understanding that this dealership, and Mr. Spektor and the other fine personnel, are by far the best in the industry. While purchasing a car seems like an endless process, we can assure you that the process never lagged, was extraordinarily smooth, no “hiccups,” and we were attended to in a personal/professional manner. We cannot recommend this dealership and personnel highly enough.

Purchase of 2013 CPO E-Class
Absolutely one of the best car buying experiences, ever! Not sure what I was thinking as I came in at dusk in pouring down rain. I was greeted by Cost
Absolutely one of the best car buying experiences, ever! Not sure what I was thinking as I came in at dusk in pouring down rain. I was greeted by Costa Spektor, Sales Representative, who discussed with me (prior to heading out in the rain) my desires in a CPO Mercedes. He suggested a couple of vehicles to look at as I was not sure if I wanted a coupe or sedan. Costa insured I had an umbrella over me the entire time as we walked the E-Class line (and what a selection they had, every color I could want, and this was pre-owned). We stopped at a coupe where, after much discussion, determined a sedan was the best choice for me. We test drove one of the sedans I was interested and I knew we made a great choice. We returned to the showroom where Costa introduced me to his manager, Tony Venti. They asked what I thought and I stated I was not sure and I wanted to come back in daylight, they understood ... absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle. I came back the next morning, met with Costa, actually liked another vehicle (color), test drove and determined that was the car. I had another make of vehicle, a 2014, which I was not happy as a trade. Tony appraised the trade and I determined the offer was very fair. We negotiated, in my option, a very fair deal, Costa introduced me to Ramsay Jermone in finance. Ramsay throughly explained the entire process, I signed the papers, and closed the sale ... so I thought. Costa insured I met the Service team, who would be taking care of me after the sale! We then went back to pre-owned where Costa and Tony insured I completely understood the operation and controls of the vehicle.
The follow-up after the sale by Laguna Niguel's customer representative, and Costa, my Sales Representative, was spot on to insure I was completely satisfied.
I finish this review by stating Costa Spektor, and the entire team at MBZ Laguna Niguel exceeded my expectations!
