Ou education, guidance and support provided by Kosta Spektor as my wife and I reviewed the opportunity to purchase a new 2025 GLE450 Mercedes Benz. Our review began nearly two years earlier as we were physically meeting with reps at various automotive sales lots in Orange County. I met Kosta during my initial visit at the suggestion of the previous owner of Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel. Kosta was very knowledgeable and informative during our meeting. During our numerous tours, we found many reps at other dealerships who were lacking in product knowledge. We subsequently set a meeting time for my wife to tour the Laguna Niguel facility and look at various Mercedes models. It was clear that Kosta was very proud of the dealership. We did not agree to purchase a car and as we departed, my wife stated that she loved her older GMC Denali and was not excited about a change. It took three additional meetings with Kosta and subsequently, an extensive meeting with Gene Poleshuk, to build the Mercedes my wife was ultimately excited to own. Kosta arranged the meeting with Gene which proved to settle all concerns. We ordered the car and were thrilled when the new car arrived at the dealership for delivery. Kosta was consistent with his representations of pricing and delivery details. He has been extremely professional and the ultimate service provider. I would be very happy to recommend Kosta Spektor to any of our friends in search of a new high-quality automobile. More
