It was October 2018 when i walked in at Fremont Toyota. Kourosh Ehsani was very helpful and patient with me. I came in knowing that i only have a certain amount of money to put down, He worked with me un Kourosh Ehsani was very helpful and patient with me. I came in knowing that i only have a certain amount of money to put down, He worked with me until we decided on leasing the car for 3 years. 2 months away from my 3 years lease, I got a message that my lease is almost ending. So i made an appointment with Kourosh and decided to purchase the car. Again he was patient with me, got a great deal. And also Thank you to the Finance Manager, Mr. Hugo Alcantar. They are excellent people. i will definitely recommend Fremont Toyota to my friends and family. More

I was looking for a Tacoma and saw a lifted Tacoma in Fremont Toyota. It was almost exactly what I was looking for. The only issue, it was $16000 over MSRP considering the add-ons was still pretty expens Fremont Toyota. It was almost exactly what I was looking for. The only issue, it was $16000 over MSRP considering the add-ons was still pretty expensive. I went and talked to one of the sale men, he wasn't willing to negotiate and ended the communication. I went ahead and connect with one of the internet sale manager and was able to negotiate with Kourosh Ehsani. He patiently talked, texted, emailed me to answer my question. One of the nicest car sale men I have ever talked to. We went back and forth because the car was way over priced due to high demand and low inventory. But finally was able to finance the car 5K less than the marking price. Although the sale man Kourosh Ehsani was excellent in customer service, Fremont Toyota marked the Popular Trucks way-way over price. More

Its Pathetic to be here, especially if you are here for an end of lease. On march 4th 2021 I visited the dealership ,They charge you all the possible fees without giving you a waiver $500 plus, and inspite an end of lease. On march 4th 2021 I visited the dealership ,They charge you all the possible fees without giving you a waiver $500 plus, and inspite of having made the last payment they add to the final amount, and ask you to talk to Toyota financial to recover that extra balance. When you buy the car from them be it a full payment or a lease, they promise you add-ons when lease ends! and when lease ends, they say you should've gotten it when lease started. They trick you in running your credit (Hard Pull) even when you are paying them the residual amount in full, at the end of lease, which is not allowed, as they've already pulled the credit at the start of my lease. I'm keeping all the other customers informed as I had to go through this experience myself. And the wait goes on for around 4 to 5 hours waiting in the dealership. People should be aware that this dealership is all about making money and nothing else, no empathy or humanity whatsoever. Same applies to the service, hope someone takes notes and improve the system. The sales guys are pawns and is powerless, I'm giving him a rating as he was very polite when I purchased it in 2021 (Veer Singh). More
