I bought the car sight unseen and with Kris's expertise, patience, enthusiasm and overall knowledge of the product and help, I was able to buy my car with Kris and Woodland Hills. Kris made the experience amazing in so many ways. He took the time to go over the car, its features, why this model might be better for me than some others on the lot. Again, I bought this sight unseen and the experience with Kris was seamless. He is really fantastic and so passionate about what he does.
